Does the 1841 , 2821 and 3845 support NAT transparency/traversal and if so , which IOS

Everyday at the same time (9:38 and 10:38), the CPU on our 7204 VXR shoots up to 40% and then 5 minutes later returns back to normal. This has been happening since July. Could a "bot" be causing this. I am not sure where to send this query.Thanks
