I have this same exact issue, did you ever figure out a fix? We do not allow 443 UDP by default however as you mention the traffic in the connection events is showing 443TCP and a status of 'Do Not Decrypt (Uncached Session)'.

FYI if your having this issue FTD Code 6.2.3.15 fixed this bug for google chrome however appears to introduce a new bug for IE :( https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCvk12841/?rfs=iqvred

You would still have SSL inspection with trusting the traffic correct?
