Hello thanks for your help! I have uploaded our primary RT configuration at the gist link below, we also have a secondary router as well which I believe is involved with this as well if you want that configuration as well let me know.
I have this same exact issue, did you ever figure out a fix? We do not allow 443 UDP by default however as you mention the traffic in the connection events is showing 443TCP and a status of 'Do Not Decrypt (Uncached Session)'.
FYI if your having this issue FTD Code 6.2.3.15 fixed this bug for google chrome however appears to introduce a new bug for IE https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCvk12841/?rfs=iqvred
