We have a couple of sx20 (on diferent Regions). I call from one to another and it only TX/Rx at 384kbps video even if i choose a higher call rate.
Its a SIP to SIP call on CUCM as Callcontrol.

Here is my Region Settings; one CX20 is on "REGION-NORTE" and the other one is in "REGION-SUR", and as I see they use 384 kbps, you recommend that we should set the Maximum Session Bit Rate for Video Calls to 2500 kbps on both Region....
