SX20 calls only on 384kbps

Hi,

We have a couple of sx20 (on diferent Regions). I call from one to another and it only TX/Rx at 384kbps video even if i choose a higher call rate.

Its a SIP to SIP call on CUCM as Callcontrol.

start with checking the video bandwidth for the region your sx20 is in in cucm, i think the default is 384. set it to like 2.5mbps which is enough for 720p and make sure the other end can is set up to do the same.

Here is my Region Settings; one CX20 is on "REGION-NORTE" and the other one is in "REGION-SUR", and as I see they use 384 kbps, you recommend that we should set the Maximum Session Bit Rate for Video Calls to 2500 kbps on both Region. I have one question, I also have some 8845 Video Phones on each region, how will this affect them ? An what about the audio quality ?
