We have a Tandberg MXP unit that disconnects intermittenly when connected into a 6148AF blade. When we use a 6348 blade or 3750 switch we do not have issues. We've disabled port security, unicast packet flooding, inline power but it still disconnects...
Thanks Scott. Following your advice, we will be using patch antennas at both ends of the hallway. Did a survey and the patch will work out fine for what we need. Thanks again for the advice.
Unfortunately, we don't see anything on the switch. It just seems to think that a device disconnected. However, our logging is set to defaults so we'll be setting that to show everything.
