We too have the issue with the phones getting stuck to one AP, we're running sip8821.11-0-5-17 and sip8821.11-0-5SR1-4, and have had this happen with both FW loads.
How about an 8821? That option is not available to disable. I have configured the softkey template without the idivert feature available. Anyone have any suggestions?
I don't think the firmware has helped with the microphone issues. It was a manufacturing issue and I think Cisco had it narrowed down to a range of serial numbers. I currently have 10 sitting on my desk that I need to RMA for the microphone issue.
