yes ! but some L3 switch dont support routing protocol.on other side ,if you assign ip to a switchport ,the command "no switchport "must bu use! best regards
you config :"interface FastEthernet0/0 ip address 78.69.223.1 255.255.255.240"but you host ip :78.79.223.3???? what ??? they are not in a same subnet!!
