We have downloaded a firmware for a router which was having perfomance issues and now the access lists do not work - if we leave the access list off and firewall off, we can print, use RDP etc but with them on, cannot - any ideas?

What did verisign send you ? I am having the same issue. I have enrolled new ssl certificate and it is awaiting to be installed but when I install the certificate sent to me from verisign it says incomplete chain. Thanks
It seems like this will not work by design. I have had to resort to using application access for rdp sessions or web rdp sessions. This works well but it would have been nice to be able to use URL. Maybe this will change in later version ?
