I have core switch 6509-E (WS-SUP720) ,and receiving a high utilization on interface Vlan. The current bandwith is 1GB, and I want to increase it. is there is any way to increase the bandwidth for the interface Vlan??!

Hi Guys,
I have issue when I apply "mls qos" in the switch , the output drops start come in solarwinds and in the interface it self.
I have configured the interface(ethernet 1Gb) as below:
interface gig 0/1
speed 10
srr-queue bandwith limit 50
...

webauth is disabled , and we are using Mac filtering to adding our devices.
I have disabled the session timeout on the WAN , but still we have same issue!!
Any other ideas?

This interface Vlan we are using for a lot of servers , and the capacity of it 1G...

No bro this is interface Vlan(L3) bandwidth not interface from edge switch. Also, Iam using this interface Vlan for the servers.
