Iphones keeps disconnecting from AP

Dears,

I have problem that our clients iphones(when its locked) keeps disconnecting from AP, is there any thing I have to do with my WLC(5500 series)?

I have disabled the session timeout in my WLAN, bu still when I lock the phone and come again after 5 minutes , I have to reconnect to WLAN manually.

Without more info, this is what I can say:

Is this happening with webauth?  If so, depending on the code you are running, enable sleeping client on the wlan. Idle timer is something you can adjust also if sleeping client is not available, which is a setting is using webauth.  Set the idle timer to like 2-4 hours but make sure the session timer is disabled or higher than the idle timer.  You can try to disable the session timer first and test before trying the others.

 webauth is disabled , and we are using Mac filtering to adding our devices.

I have disabled the session timeout on the WAN , but still we have same issue!!

Any other ideas?

What code are you running and what model AP's. might be the code that's an issue.
