Cisco Gateway Rename

When we register a cisco router as a SIP Gateway ,the provider will see the router's registered name as :"Cisco-SIPGateway/IOS-12.x".Is it possible to rename this from the router ?i.e the name of SIP-UA name.

HiI would like to if users in a single vlan can be distinguished.For ex. some need internet and some dont.I have tried with access list but like to know if there are any other possiblities.Thanks in advance.
