Hi everyone, this few months the router keeping blocking our company user outlook email all user suddenly fail to send and received the email, outlook just keep pop up the error box Task"firstname.lastname@example.org" receiving reported error (0X800CCCC0F) . every time I have need to reboot the router after sometime it happened again . some of day 4-5 time ,some of day its fine . its too frequently . i believe is the router blocking the port of "110" and "587" . why i do suspect its cause by the router , is because when the error pop up , we try to use our mobile data to access the internet outlook mail, is success send and received mail , and also we found some of mail we setup as other port like 995,465 or IMAP port its not effect . We try looking for the router configuration we real no Idea what was blocking the port. our company network layout is very simple, Cisco Router > Cisco management Switch > end user. and I try to configuration the single port forwarding "TCP > internal Ip address : 192.168.1.1 > external & internal port 110 . but try to using the port checker tools it show Port 110 is closed on 175.XXX.X.XX. anyone have idea for this to solve our troubled?

this happen for this few month and this few day keep making our company Email down all of my user can't receive the email by outlook but using web mail is received . we only found the solution is reboot the router after few min our few hours it happen again we can't keep reboot the router all the day 6-7 time. and we found if using IMAP the email is able to received and using the POP3 with the same email account is unable receive. We try to contact the ISP site and the mail server site every time they just restart the port or services and our mail is able receive again . As long as they said is not their issues and we did try connect the laptop internet to mobile hotspot and email download and receive the mail smoothly. We suspicious is router issues and when we check the log we found this error message . We are no idea for this , anyone help on this? I can provide more information if you are need. My office planing to set up the captive portal for guest access.
the captive portal configuration is completed but I fail to access to the SSID with the captive portal user parameters password.
currently my office have 3 unit WAP321 ,is that possible my laptop was confused which AP should point to? and its that I need repeat to carted the captive portal user and group for every AP or its will auto sync to other AP?
my company did't create any vlan the subnet is 255.255.255.0
