I have 3 unit WAP321 was faulty on the Power, just no led and no power, but after on for a moment you will feel heat for wap321, i have request for claim warranty ,after 3 week the replacement unit delivered , and i try to setup its fine , after the 2 months quarantine we back to office i try to install on the ceiling and power on the WAP321 no power again!!!!! i try to take down another location wap321 and try for this power plug and adapter everything fine. after claim again for warranty the no3. unit delivered and i setup this morning and install on ceiling , for safety reason i change the power adapter , change to another place another flood and another power plug , when everything look great , after 2-3hours user was complain no wifi internet connection , when i go to check the device was no power again! as same with another 2 unit, im very upset what was the issues . its because the device make by different country and the power current will be different for devices ? as the first unit was make in china and work good for last 6 years and this 2 unit replacement was make in taiwan only work for few hours and faulty . any one have the experience for this or any comment ? please help me up..
