The command 'show ephone unregistered' will show if the phone is not getting connected to CME provided it is programmed into the router. The command 'show ephone summary' gives a lot more information including registered and unregistered phones.
I would check with the Provider to see if they are supporting Caller ID on the BRI circuits. Most times if the circuit is not setup for caller ID the phone number associated with the circuit is what the PSTN sees.I hope this helps.
