Hi All.We have 2 new IP Cisco phone 7821 (Firmware load must be 14.0(1) SR3 or later). But couldn't registration with Our CUCM server ver 11.5.I have upgarde 7821 Firmware version 14.0(1)SR3 to CUCM Ok.Pls help me advise me, how to solved this proble...

Hi @All !Thanks all for help.I have find out the root cause is our DHCP pool missing domain name. So the new Firmware 7821 couldn't solved DNS.I have just add "Domain name" to DHCP pool on router and this issue solved. Tks/Hoai
