Hi @All !
Thanks all for help.
I have find out the root cause is our DHCP pool missing domain name. So the new Firmware 7821 couldn't solved DNS.
I have just add "Domain name" to DHCP pool on router and this issue solved.

Hi,
Does the phone get the TFTP-servers via DHCP?
Do you see any messages in the logs?
Do you see anything in the CUCM logs?

Does the phone get a DNS-server via DHCP options, when retrieving the IP from the DHCP?
After successfully downloading the ITL and the config-file from CUCM-Tftp, it doesn't even try to register, because it cannot resolve the hostname of the CUCM => it uses the hostname, because this is how it is set in the config-file

@HaiLua54 Glad to hear it works now.
Would appreciate it, if I also get an "accepted solution" for at least pointing you in the direction of a DNS problem.
