Hello, We are getting significant fluorescent flicker during video conferences. Can anyone provide some settings for us to experiment with on the SX20 units?

Thanks. We have made these adjustments and the flickering is still present.

Thank you for the response. We see it most notably on the far end site. I see it very faintly in the self view, but the far end sees it as rolling through the image. We have HD cameras 4X zoom and they are connected to Sharp 60" aquos screen.

Thank you. The IR sensor was set to off. Not sure how that happened, but we are working now. Thanks for your feedback. -Christian
