I am looking for the Configuration Parameter to force agents to be logged out on a failure.Thanks
New Install using ICM V6.0 with the Avaya IP Phone Agent Switch is ACM 2.1CTIOS agent logs in, and is logged off for NO reason after varying amounts of time, 20 seconds up to 10 minutes and anything in between, Logs do not help. Anyone have any idea...
