Make sure that you have CDs for OS 2000.2.4 if you plan to go straith to CM 3.3.3, I have only CDs of 2000.2.3 and I had to go to CM 3.3.2, after upgrade the OS via CCO file to 2000.2.4 and finally the CM to 3.3.3.
