What additional attributes are added in Unity 4.x schema extensions as opposed to Unity 3.x? Do these overwrite schema extensions for previous versions of Unity 3.x?

Is the recorded name stored in the schema attribute msExchRecordedName for unified messaging configurations? Or is it only stored for voice mail only configs?
