The issue is that the mailbox full warning levels in e-mail do not match up with the levels in Unity. One user noticed this when he had 391,000K in his mailbox. Unity reported that his mailbox was "almost full" however Exhanage was not sending him notices. This is a bit confusing to users. We should get these two notification services in sync. Aside from raising the warning quota in Exchange, what other solution is there?
