I guess so. But what about one CCME managing one remote location and one other managing the other?

If I have a CallManager it is clear, but my question is can the CCMExpress perform the role of the CallManager. Or even more general can the CCME manage remote location and can one CCME location comunicate with another CCME location through the WAN.
