CSCvu95344 - AnyConnect fails to disconnect VPN upon smartcard removal

Issue with 4.9.01095 is when connecting to VMware Horizon desktop using smart card auth. Cisco AnyConnect thinks the smart card (DoD PKI) was removed and disconnects VPN pre-maturely. No workaround found other than downgrading AnyConnect client.
