Auto Logout for agents Dears, Please support me, How can i configure Auto Logout from Finesse desktop for agents at the end of working hours such as " 4 PM ". Kindly your advice. BR Ahmed Salah

Is there a limited number to email to be existed in Email queue or how long email kept in queue (is there a expiry date for emails in queue?) ?

Hi Adrian ,thanks for your quick reply,I have Unified CCX , integrated by Social Miner Email - Exchange servers Email , Finesse Desktop agent with Email_CSQ , Please provide me with the limit of queue ,RegardsAhmed
