you can exclude the https and http from your cropty access-list in your case it should looks something like this:access-list 101 deny tcp 172.19.18.0 0.0.0.255 any eq httpaccess-list 101 deny tcp 172.19.18.0 0.0.0.255 any eq httpsaccess-list 101 perm...
The configuraion looks good but for the default route I think it is better in inject to EIGRP on the core router (ip default network or redistribute static..)
