Is anyone aware of a way to install ICM release 6.x on a Windows 2003 server for a lab environment? Windows compatibility wizard didn't work and we understand this is not supported by Cisco.

Are there database tables within IP-IVR that can be hit via an external SQL query that would provide data about such things as prompts, applications and scripts available on that box and if so where? The CRS Database tables and fields document does not appear to be what I am looking for, and was hoping to find something similiar to what is available for the ICM in relationship to things like what is in the AWDB.

Neither I believe. Call.CallingLineID = Customers phone number Call.DialedNumberString = Number customer dialed to reach us (ie DN) I am looking for the two digit ANI Information codes that would identify such things as if the customer was calling from a cellular, pay-phone or detention facilities. I believe if the carrier provides this information to the ICM it could be valuable to route a customer calling via a cell phone differently then one from a detention facility for example.

Can you please help to identify what VARIABLE under the OBJECT TYPES within the ICM scripting, if any, that would be used to accept ANI II information (ie. the 2 digit code that represents where the call was placed from - cellphone/payphone/regular/etc.) from the carrier. Thanks

What is Cisco’s official and unofficial policy on installing 3rd party applications on IPCC servers (such as CRS boxes)? Does anyone have any experiences they can share? I am interested in installing an RSS aggregator that would be scheduled to run at night, similar to how a backup application does.

Is there a way to share WAV files across multiple IP-QM (IP-IVR) servers, rather then requiring each server to have duplicate copies of the same announcement? I have mapped a shared drive on each of the IP-QM's, in my case "W:", and have announcements available in that directory. If so what should the PlayPrompt value look like?
