Hi John, I have upgraded the 9800 WLC to 16.12.3, even now I am facing the same issue as Operational Status is down but Regulatory Domain changed as A from Unknown.Regard,Vamsi Krishna

Thank for the reply. But we are using Cisco AMP in our scenario. In Cisco AMP we can't generate certificate, we have a self-signed certificate in ISE.is there any other way we can solve this issue ?

Hi Marvin, Ok, will check that . Is there anyway to check if AMP cloud is blocked by ISP provider?
