How can I generate a report on the zero out (caller input)?
I have the Cisco Manager Attendant Console version: 1.3(1ES12). How can I arrange the existing Speed Dial Groups (tabs)in alphabetical order and be able to lock it.
The agents intermittently disappear (not the same agent each time). Also some of the queues don't appear in Desktop Admin under server/personnel config/teams, but appear under Available Queues in the tab Contact Service Queue
