We would like to block amazon's video streaming service but not the rest of the site. Is there a way to do this? We have tried the existing filters but none of them seem to block only Amazon Video. Any suggestions?

The lack of details is insane, Also the workaround has been changed to upgrade to 2.4... Its kind of like my car has a bad spark plug so we need to change out the engine... Some updates from Cisco would be nice.
We have had this TAC case open for over a month now with no resolution. Slow replies with non-answers.
If you read his reply he also commented that the big is NOT fixed in 5.4. We can not go to 6.0 because it does not support HA.
