Does anyone know how to set the ring duration on a specific phone before call goes to voicemail?We are using CME 3.2 and we have 7940 series IP phones.Thanks in advance for your help.
I am a bit confused. The extension forwards to voicemail, so do I need to set both "timeouts ringing" and "call-forward noan [voicemail number]timeout"?
So this cannot be set using the IP phone? It sounds like it has to be set using some software called CallManager. If so, I'll have to talk to our IT guy.
