So the switch has a bunch of L3 VLAN interfaces. These IP addresses are showing up in the report exposing the NTP port. The tool does the port scan from the outside. Thanks

Issue fixed. It was related to below issue:LACP failing between 2 C9500-16X switches Basically, both switches had the same mac and it created an issue with stp where both became root and one side of the trunk was blocked.

Awesome! I knew a bug was involved as it was acting super weird. I will have to visit the site tomorrow and then try the solution. Is reloading and "Ctrl+Break" key work to get to the rommon?
