One of my clients has a Quad camera VC setup and they are getting the audio from the right side of the Quad camera bar. What would be the reason for the same?

The UC setup we are using for B2B calls, the call flow is below-
VC endpoint - CUCM-EXP C- EXP E- Cloud
The Expressway is not in a cluster, only a single node is there.
Now for the above, which certificates are mandatory?
