Hi Mark,yesterday when i had the problem, i asked for logs but there were any. We didnt debug but when i perform a wireshark capture on the interfaces connected to both ISP, i could see the multicast 224.0.0.2 port 1985 arriving from both routers.
Router is ok,configuration is ok and then im not in charge on those router unfortunately but im pretty sure the issue is the multicast setting in Meraki although i dont get whats precisely.
