Thanks Ram! That has fixed the issue and we started to see stats flowing within a couple of minutes I didn't realise WCS was collecting the data through SNMP or that it was set to v1 so your answer makes complete sense now.Thank you very much.

Hi George,No still not working unfortunately, no stats are being collected for client traffic.
