I have CRS 5.0(2) and Call manager 6.0(1) and sometimes agent receive calls while they are not ready . Kindly help .
When i call to a number where IVR responds like some billing numbers everything works fine except for the digits emtered are not displayed on ip phones which after IVR of other companies plays . I dont know how to enable this feature as this featu...
