Hi, C2960XR-48FPS-L support 1G SFP only you can use GLC-SX-MMD for multimode and GLC-LH-SMD for singlemode, If you wish to use SFP-10G-SR you need to change the switch to C2960XR-48FPD-L hope this was helpful

Did you try to flip the fiber connector ? do this is one side and check the laser on the fiber patch cord should be on opposite side from the sfp laserthanks
