Solution found:Baud rate = 2400.

Thank you.I got in, but then mistyped the confreg command. I put in 0x21142.I figured it out, the baud rate is at 2400.I have to slow down, too excited to finally get into this router.

I typed 0x21142 in my Cisco 2811 confreg,do you know the solution?ThanksThe output shows nothing but CCCCCCCC (but the C is in the French version with the comma under the letter C).
