We have a CUCM that is using a cisco router gateway with the ISDN VWIC cards. We have this consistent cracking sound on calls. if call are made direct from the modems this sound is not there meaning the issue is on the router. anyone please advise.

the smartnet care contract expired and in the past after an upgrade we could not access the collector with the password so case was opened and the the root password was recovered using a procedure and that the one that needs the default grub password...
