I have a GS7000 and installed a remote PHY device (iRPD-1x2) but how can I go to the console if I do not have a core cBR?  Is it doable?  Can you help anyone?

Hello,  Anyone who have installed Cisco Remote RPD to GS7000 4-port node?  Do we need a cBR-8?  There is no console or ethernet port on this RPD.  Help please.  Thank you
