Hi, we have recently upgraded to LMS 2.6 on windows 2000, however the user tracking does not find any ip phones. The switch which the IP phones is connected too is found in dcr and when I telnet in, cdp displays the phones? Any ideas?
in your global settigs what are you using for preferred ip, i found this issue with using sysname, all unreachable but after checking connectivity I found no issues. As soon as I changed it to resolve by name, all were reachable.
