I have an issue with high CPU usage on one core in a 4500X switch.Can I get Prime Infrastructure to monitor individaul CPU's, and not just the average of the entire chassis?
Have extra ASCII characters appearing on 7911 and 7961 phones when ringing internal extensions. example, extension named "sue" will show on phones as "sue^LY". Think it may be incorrect phone load. What should I check.CME / CUE ?
Have had a bad SFP creating errors, and log entries. Problem is that when log is full, the switch re-boots. Does anyone know if I can clear the log out of old messages.
Our receptionist console PC based display jumps around the screen when any calls are made to the reception/main number. Functionality seems intact, but the new attention grabbing feature is some annoying and I would like to disable this.
