I have a client with a UC520 . Lately the client has been concerned that when they check the general delivery voicemail, there may be 0. Then they either check a few hours later or the next day and they show a few in there. What could be causing this...
maybe I should clarify so I don't look totally challenged. I see that it says max users 32 and 0 available. However, the UDI File shows 24U. Does the UC520 come with 10 user and with the 24 user file that would make 34?
