I have a client with a UC520 . Lately the client has been concerned that when they check the general delivery voicemail, there may be 0. Then they either check a few hours later or the next day and they show a few in there. What could be causing this? I was thinking maybe the flash needs to be upgraded to a bigger one. Just a shot in the dark though.

wow, thanks for that. The other post refered to the UC560 and was never answered. I thought it would be better to start a new thread since that one was resolved. So , technically it was never discussed. I saw your response but was hoping for some other input as well.
