I am not sure if this is possible but that is why I am asking. I have CUCM 12.5, 8811 devices with rootfs288xx.14-2-1-0001-14 Firmware. Can I setup the phone to automatically pick up line 2 when the handset is picked up?

I'm not sure, but...you can configure line2 as the first outgoing line (line-1 only incoming) ?
