Hello All.
I'm totally new to Cisco. Recently I wanted to get a conference setup for our small business which would enable us to do video calls with clients and also link up to our other premises. My budget being low, I hit eBay and bought a nice MX300G2 and a touch 10 controller (both brand new) for a very low cost.
Fast forward to now, I've learnt that it's a lot more than just a screen and a camera, it's a whole system and looks pretty incredible what it can do. Unfortunately the touch 10 won't connect to the MX300G2 (target system does not support this touch panel) I presume they are on different software versions.
Can I pay a fee, get on board cisco, do some software upgrades and get them working together? Or do I just use the screen as a HDMI screen from my laptop, and either hack into the camera on top and find a way of controlling it or replace it with a USB one?
Apologies if I've posted it in the wrong place, I'm totally new to this. Thanks in advance for the help.
