can receive calls inbound just fine with key stroke functions just fine, but can not make a successful outbound call for more that 10 sec with out being auto disconnected and the key strokes do not work on automated portals during an outbound call.

i can ping the server and the gateway and all devices in between on the circuit.

number is provisioned and i have dial tone each time.

inbound calls are perfect its outbound calls at this point.
