Hi all,
I have a question concerning the CP-8861(3PCC) and the use of BLF keys:
I set up a key with this syntax:
fnc=blf+sd;sub=<BLF_URI>;ext=$USER@$PROXY;
The key does what it should: call ext 105 - but does not display the status of the ext.
As other phone brands (e.g. yealink) does this out of the box when setting a key to blf, I think there must be a comm problem between the pbx and the phone.
unfortunately, there is no further documentation on the parameters (e.g. what is meant with "user"). filling both parameters "usr" and "ext" does not make any difference. at any time the ext is called but no status info is displayed. instead the is an "X" displayed and the web config status pages says "user error" as "extended function status".
any hint?

The problem was solved by adding an "Account1". Not kidding .. the phone still has that old "feature" that makes strange things happen, if there is no account1 set up. in my case, the primary account was set up as "Account4".
