How do I change the network speed on a SPA502G

Currently our Cisco SPA502G phone handsets are only running at 100Mb and so causing a bottleneck as it means the connected device is also only running at 100Mb instead of the 1Gb the switch is running at. 

So how do I change the phones to run at the higher speed? I have used a browser and connected to them individually; but cannot see where to change the setting?

Any help would be much appreciated.

The  model have onlu - Two Ethernet ports with integrated Ethernet switch: 10/100BASE-T RJ-45
