Ip Phone 303 passwords?

I have a Cisco Ip Phone 303 system in our offices. Is there an over ride password to unlock this type of phones? No one currently working here knows what the passwords are so things like redial and call forwarding can't be accessed. Dumbest thing ever...passwords

If you are administrator of your phone system, reset phones to factory default then configure them from scratch. As asministrator you know how to configure them. If you are not administrator, ask administrator for help.

You are administrator of your phone system. If your system configuration doesn't follow your wishes, complain to self.

Someone is responsible just now. Term "administrator" used in my previous message refers this person.

Once more - If you are administrator of your phone system, reset phones to factory default then configure them from scratch. If you are not administrator, ask administrator for help.
