A client of mine has a Cisco UC320W system and the phone in question is a SPA514G with an expansion module. Currently one of the programmable buttons has her boss' mobile number configured for speed dial. This, on it's own works. However, they would like to be able to transfer calls to his mobile when he is not in office.
- If a call comes in, put on hold and the button is pressed, the message "Service Unavailable" appears on the handset screen
- If a call is active and the button is pressed, nothing happens
1. Is it possible to transfer an incoming call to an external number? If so what is the recommended implementation.
2. If it is not possible, is there a way to facilitate this request?
